• Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing accounting team

• Further develop accounting principles for new products

• Coordinate group-wide IFRS topics and closely align with the overall finance strategy

• Support quarterly financial statements under HGB and IFRS, including the assessment of contracts, provisions and disclosure notes

Profil

• Completed commercial training with a focus on accounting/finance, or a degree in Business Administration (ideally with a focus on auditing or accounting)

• First experience in leading people (e.g., team lead, deputy lead, project/team supervision)

• Strong expertise in IFRS group accounting within a capital markets environment

• Very good German and/or English skills, written and spoken
