Its activities focus on investment banking as well as corporate and private client business. To strengthen the team in Essen, we are looking for you as Office Assistant (m/f/d) Bank at the earliest possible date.
Your Tasks
- As part of the office organization, you will support the team in day-to-day business, such as monitoring and adhering to deadlines and contracts
- To this end, you will check all incoming orders and process them independently or forward them to the responsible person
- You will be responsible for written and telephone correspondence with internal service units, information providers and customers
- You will maintain and check existing master data and enter changes to data in the system
- Finally, you will support the teams in adjacent departments with similar process structures where necessary
Our Requirements
- A successfully completed commercial apprenticeship, alternatively you have a comparable qualification
- You have already gained professional experience in processing or general administration, ideally in banking
- We require very good written and spoken German and good IT skills
- You describe yourself as a team player and work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
