• Lead end-to-end SAP rollouts and S/4HANA transformation projects.

• Manage cross-functional teams of 50–60 people with budgets up to €2 million+.

• Oversee and coordinate multiple SAP projects simultaneously (2–3 at a time).

• Act as interface between IT, business stakeholders, and external partners.

• Focus areas include SAP RE-FX, FICO, MM and/or SD.

• Degree in IT, engineering, business or similar.

• 5+ years of experience managing large SAP projects.

• Strong project planning, risk & stakeholder management skills.

• Strong knowledge in one or more modules: SAP RE-FX, FICO, MM, SD

• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA transformations is a strong advantage.

• Fluent in German and English.

• Hybrid role: 2-3 days a week in office.
