• Implement and maintain test data management processes — including data setup, refresh, and provisioning.
• Support and optimize test environment management, ensuring consistent configurations across environments.
• Develop automated test data pipelines integrated with CI/CD workflows.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams to debug environment issues and improve test coverage.
• Participate in defining QA standards and best practices, ensuring alignment with DevOps principles.
• Assist in tool selection and setup for test data, automation, and environment orchestration.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing efficiency, data accuracy, and defect detection rates.

• Strong database skills, experience managing test data at scale.
• Proficiency in QA automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress or similar).
• Hands-on experience with DevOps and CI/CD tools, like for example Gitlab CI, Jenkins, Azure DevOps.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA processes.
• Knowledge of scripting or programming languages.
• Familiarity with test data management tools would be a plus, but is not a requirement.
