• At least 3 years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot in production environments
• Solid understanding of modern backend architectures: REST, microservices, and event-​driven systems
• You think in systems, not just in endpoints and functions
• Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or similar), Git workflows, and containerization
• Experience with Kubernetes for orchestration and scaling of applications
• You value test coverage, automation, and clean interfaces
• Ideally, you use modern AI tools such as GPT, Copilot, etc., to enhance workflows, create content, analyze data, or automate tasks
• You stay calm under pressure, give constructive feedback in code reviews, and enjoy sharing your knowledge
• Optional: Experience with Angular in frontend development
