Your area of ​​responsibility
Be our safety professional: Accompany operational projects and ensure that occupational health and safety and environmental protection are always observed
Identify risks: Conduct inspections, risk assessments and training sessions – coordinate and document them professionally
Create clarity: Create documents relevant to occupational health and safety, such as operating instructions and training materials
Keep everything up to date: Maintain and update occupational health and safety documentation
Implement standards: Transfer legal and internal requirements into operational practice
Stay prepared: Develop and update emergency, alarm, and hazard response plans
Work in a structured and independent manner: Work independently, identify the support needs in the units and plan your activities according to priority
Providing active advice: Supporting those responsible for all occupational safety issues; organizing, moderating, and recording meetings of the Occupational Safety and Health Committee (OHS Committee)
Analyze accidents: Conduct accident investigations and derive preventive measures
Keep track: Create quarterly and annual reports including accident statistics and derive optimization potential from them
Spread your knowledge: Conduct independent training and further education for managers, safety officers and fire protection assistants

your qualification
Expertise that counts: Master/technician or engineer with completed training as an occupational safety specialist with approval for the construction industry
Additional qualifications: Training as a fire safety officer is advantageous, but can be obtained part-time
Convincing experience: Several years of professional experience as an occupational safety specialist, ideally in the construction industry and/or technical facility management
Practical experience in occupational safety: knowledge of risk assessments and in-depth knowledge of legal requirements in occupational safety and environmental protection (DE)
Know-how in management systems: Knowledge of ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety management) is desirable
Digital perspective: Experience in using occupational health and safety software (ideally "Quentic"); proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Mobility: A Class B driving license and willingness to travel for several days are required – we will provide you with a company car with the option for private use!
