Technical Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)

for our headquarters in Eutin

We are looking for a full-time or part-time employee for our headquarters in Eutin to start as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities

Responsibility for the operational and strategic purchasing of electronic components, assemblies, and technical components
Obtaining, evaluating, and comparing offers, as well as conducting price and contract negotiations with national and international suppliers
Selection, qualification, and support of suppliers in close coordination with the development and quality departments
Ensuring delivery dates, quality, and availability while taking cost and sustainability aspects into account
Maintaining and updating master data in the ERP system (Sage 100)
Independently carrying out and monitoring warehouse processes, including goods receipt and inventory checks

Your profile

Completed commercial training, ideally with additional technical qualifications (e.g., industrial clerk with a technical background)
Professional experience in purchasing electronic components or technical products is an advantage
Confident use of common ERP systems and MS Office
Team spirit, commitment, and a positive, solution-oriented attitude
Technical understanding
Business fluent German and good written and spoken English
Analytical thinking, strong communication skills, and solution-oriented approach
