Job Description Summary

This role is based in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland. Candidates must hold a valid Swiss work visa or have existing work authorization.

To thrive, you’ll bring a university degree (or equivalent experience) in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field, ideally complemented by training or certification in Integrated Business Planning. With at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a complex organizational environment. To excel in this role, you’ll need strong proficiency in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with sharp analytical skills that enable you to turn data into meaningful, actionable insights. Success also hinges on excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, business‑level fluency in English and a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset that thrives in a fast‑paced setting.

Job Description

As our EMEA Demand Planner , you’ll be the owner of the regional demand planning process, leading initiatives that connect business strategy with operational excellence. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and coordinating the monthly demand consensus across regions, from short-term to long-range planning, engaging marketing and finance teams as key partners.

  • Working closely with country demand planners, sales, and finance personnel to ensure consistency and high performance regionally.

  • Consolidating regional demand and delivering timely insights to global processes (WW Demand Review, Regional S&OP).

  • Initiating process improvements through enhanced market knowledge and smarter systems usage.

  • Strengthening demand modeling to boost forecast precision, directly impacting customer service and inventory strategies.

  • Maintaining strong links to business activity and global issues that may affect products.

  • Coordinating demand for the annual long-term planning process, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

About You

We’re seeking someone who combines analytical expertise with strong interpersonal skills. You’ll bring:

  • A university degree (or equivalent experience) in Demand Planning, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.

  • Formal training or certification in Integrated Business Planning (a plus).

  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels.

  • Passion for excellence and a drive for continuous improvement.

Compensation range for this position: 100 000 to 110 000 CHF / year fixe
