Commercial employee (m/f/d) – Billing

As a railway company specializing in infrastructure construction, we are looking for a new team member to join immediately at the location Feldkirchen near Graz.

Activities

• Preparation and execution of invoicing
• Internal accounting and support with payroll accounting
• Participation in controlling tasks, performance and result planning
• Optimization of the organizational and communication structure
• Support and advice in all commercial matters

Requirements

• Completed commercial training (e.g. HAK, HAS, office clerk apprenticeship) or comparable qualification
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Organizational skills as well as structured and independent working methods
• Accuracy, care and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
• Basic understanding of accounting processes
• Strong communication skills and friendly interaction with customers, suppliers and colleagues
• Resilience, flexibility and sense of responsibility

The collective agreement minimum salary based on one full-time employment (Collective Agreement for Railway Companies; VWG D, Level 1) amounts to the following for this position € 3.146,32 gross/month Depending on qualifications and experience, there is a willingness to pay above the standard rate.
