Construction Manager for Building Construction (m/f/d)

A specialized company in the fields of building construction, civil engineering, concrete construction, electrical engineering and communications technology is looking for a new team member to start immediately. Location in Feldkirchen near Graz .

Activities

• Responsibility for the management and supervision of construction projects in building construction
• Ensuring the timely and high-quality execution of all construction work
• Coordination and management of the construction workers and subcontractors
• Monitoring compliance with building regulations, safety and environmental standards
• Conducting construction meetings and coordinating with clients, planners and authorities
• Creation and monitoring of construction schedules
• Control of construction costs and budget responsibility
• Documentation of construction progress and preparation of reports

Requirements

• Completed HTL, FH or studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction management, preferably in building construction
• sound knowledge of the VOB (German Construction Contract Procedures) and relevant building regulations
• strong leadership and communication skills
• Organizational talent and a structured way of working
• Assertiveness and decisiveness
• Confident use of MS Office and industry-specific software
• Driving license class B
