Childcare assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Professional care & animation of our young guests (from 3 years)
• Organization & implementation of a varied weekly programme in the children’s area
• Supervision of creative handicraft lessons & exciting games in the children’s club
• Accompanying children to outdoor activities such as horse riding, walks and outdoor discovery tours & gondola rides on the Penkenberg
• Organization & implementation of a varied weekly programme in the teen area
• Accompanying teenagers to cool outdoor activities such as escape room, go-karting, laser tag, etc.
• Supervision in the hotel’s own action park with trail park, ball sports hall, trampolines & skate ramp
• Encouraging team spirit, a thirst for adventure & sporting ambition in young people
• Ensuring a safe environment in which children & young people feel comfortable
• Bring our STOCKI mascot to life & dance with the children (max. 15 minutes)
• Contact person for our young guests & their parents

Your profile

• Warm, adventurous & sporty – you make children’s eyes light up & animate youngsters!
• Flexible & responsible – you always stay on top of things, even during action-packed activities
• Friendliness & love for the job – you appreciate working with children & young people
• Interest in new things – open to trends & innovative leisure activities
• Pedagogical training or experience in child/youth care is an advantage
• Creativity in the design of activities & programs
• First aid knowledge , especially for outdoor activities, desirable.
• Ability to work in a team & excellent communication skills
• B driving license
