• Preparation and execution of check-in (including house tours) and check-out
• Creating the Super.Summer.Cards in summer and the ski depot keys and ski passes in winter.
• Daily writing of the Morgenpost
• Advising our guests on leisure activities in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region, etc.
• Close collaboration with all departments

• Good German and English skills
• Flexible and independent work
• Friendly treatment of our guests
• Experience in the hotel industry and at reception
• Experience with the Casablanca hotel software is desirable.
• Good computer skills
• Part-time or full-time

• Attractive pay & fair conditions: With us, you'll earn €1,800 net. Including bonuses, this equates to an average net salary of around €2,100. You'll also receive vacation pay, holiday bonuses, and tips. Higher pay is always possible depending on your qualifications and performance.
