Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
This position is limited to 12 months.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- As Sales Intelligence Analyst (f/m/d), you are part of a team that designs and implements innovative solutions for business and sales management. You utilize techniques and skills in the field of Advanced Analytics, such as statistical methods and artificial intelligence.
- You support the development and programming of management information dashboards for the Diagnostic Imaging (DI) business unit based on tools like Qlik Cloud or Microsoft Power Tools.
- You contribute to the regular provision of market and sales data as well as the tailored preparation of this information for various users within the sales team of a business line within DI.
- You assist the DI sales teams in the planning, control, and reporting of CRM-related business and its sales and market data, as well as in conducting planning discussions with the countries.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a master's degree in business informatics, data science, statistics, or a comparable field.
- You have gained initial practical experience in the field of Advanced Analytics, e.g. through working student activities or your previous career entry.
- We also welcome applicants with a bachelor's degree and several years of professional experience in this area.
- You have a very good understanding of information and data structures and are ideally familiar with sales processes and CRM data.
- You are already well acquainted with various analytical business tools, especially QlikCloud, QlikSense, or Microsoft Power BI, to build, maintain, and optimize meaningful dashboards, and you have comprehensive knowledge of the MS Office suite.
Your attributes and skills:
- You communicate fluently in English and German and feel comfortable in an international work environment. Therefore, you have gained initial experience collaborating with multinational teams and/or different countries and cultures.
- You think strategically, analyze thoroughly, and actively help shape the data-driven sales intelligence of tomorrow.
- You prepare data-based content tailored to the target audience and present complex issues clearly and understandably.
