Über diesen Job
Do you want to help create the future of healthcare? Our name, Siemens Healthineers, was selected to honor our people who dedicate their energy and passion to this cause. It reflects their pioneering spirit combined with our long history of engineering in the ever-evolving healthcare industry.
We offer you a flexible and dynamic environment with opportunities to go beyond your comfort zone in order to grow personally and professionally. Sounds interesting?
Then come and join our global team as Senior Growth Manager (f/m/d) – Global Value Markets – and take on the role of Breakthrough Owner, responsible for capturing the price-sensitive service market with innovative, lifecycle-optimized offerings. In this key role, you will shape a global service portfolio that drives growth, innovation, and efficiency – with high visibility up to top management. Your focus: building a competitive portfolio and service model for the value segment, strategically realigning our partner business, and developing a Circular/Eco-Line parts business that combines sustainability and profitability.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Even more flexibility? Mobile working from abroad is possible for up to 30 days a year under certain conditions and in selected countries.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Develop service offerings with real added value: You will build a competitive service portfolio (content, pricing, marketing) specifically for price-sensitive markets and further develop it together with the countries. In doing so, you ensure measurable results in terms of growth and margin.
- Establish a global partner program & enablement portfolio: You will implement a new global partner concept (enablement, certification, tooling, governance) with a clear focus on growth and scaling the partner business.
- Develop and implement outsourcing strategies: You will define an efficient partner delivery model for selective products and markets, leverage partners specifically for cost optimization, establish clear quality and cost control mechanisms, and ensure sustainable implementation across all regions.
- Build a circular/eco-line parts business: You will develop a business model for refurbished spare parts – from repair and return to warranty and logistics – and ensure sustainable growth in the price-sensitive market.
- Stakeholder management & executive readiness: You will prepare decision templates, roadmaps, and business cases in a management-ready format and present them confidently. In doing so, you will work closely with various areas such as Service, Sales, Marketing, Sourcing, Quality, Legal, and the regions.

Your qualifications and experience:

- You have many years of substantial experience in the service environment and understand the service business and processes (e.g., service strategy, after-sales, field service, service portfolio, service business management) – ideally with international responsibility.
- You impress with solid expertise in portfolio development and go-to-market strategies (value proposition, pricing, marketing, sales enablement) – with a clear focus on TCO and competitiveness in price-sensitive markets.
- You are experienced in leading large, international and virtual teams as well as know how to build high-performance structures, motivate teams, and demonstrably achieve sustainable results.
- You have extensive experience in project and program management and have independently managed complex projects from initiation to successful completion.
- You have experience in building and managing partner programs – from enablement through contracts and governance to service outsourcing.
- Ideally, you bring experience in the MedTech environment – but you are also a strong fit without this background.
Your attributes and skills:
- With your business-fluent English skills, you act confidently in our international environment.
- Your political and communicative sensitivity enables you to navigate complex global structures with confidence and achieve success.
- You are capable of engaging, inspiring, and aligning local organizations with common goals from a headquarters function.
- You make clear decisions—even in the face of conflicting objectives—while always keeping the big picture in mind.
- “You own it”: You enjoy taking full end-to-end ownership—from the initial idea through pilot projects to global implementation.
- You can easily distill complex content into concise formats for management, present it clearly, and drive sound decisions in multi-stakeholder settings.
