Working Student (f/m/d) AI-Powered Test Automation

Then come and join our global team as  working student (f/m/d) to support the AI-Powered Test Automation.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You support the development of AI-supported software to improve test automation for X-ray systems
• You will help research the current state of the art in AI and test automation for X-ray systems
• You will help develop automation scripts, test routines and data analysis tools tailored to the testing of X-ray products
• Integrate machine learning models into existing test systems to optimize performance and reduce test time
• You carefully document your work and support the creation of user manuals and technical documentation

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are in your Bachelor's or Master's degree and are studying computer science, engineering, data science or a related field
• You are at least for one year available
• You have very good experience with Python programming (functional and object-oriented), ideally you have also experience with C++ and MatLab
• You also have a solid understanding of software development principles and best practices
• You have experience or strong interest in AI and machine learning, ideally related to test process optimization and have basic knowledge of automated testing concepts and tools

Your attributes and skills:

• You are fluent in English written and spoken, ideally also in German (Chinese is a plus, but not required)
• You are curious, proactive, and eager to learn new skills and technologies
• You work independently and follow a structured approach to problem-solving
• You possess strong analytical skills and can break down complex tasks into manageable steps
