Your tasks and responsibilities:

• You will help us to maintain, manage, and approve quality-related process documents (QMS), including exporting documents from tools and importing them in SAP
• You support us to manage and maintain Azure DevOps/TFS backlog items on the Kanban board, create evaluations, and coordinate with those responsible for the process
• Together with us you help us to perform data maintenance and processing in SAP, Excel, and SharePoint and transfer translations from PDF files
• You will assist in organizing and conducting workshops in Forchheim

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are studying in any field of study and you are at least for a longer-term available
• You have good skills in MS Office
• Knowledge of SAP, Azure DevOps and AI tools (e.g., Copilot) is desirable

• You have strong communication skills, are quick on the uptake, and are willing to learn new things
• You are a team player, show initiative, and have an eye for detail
