Tasks

• Managing relationship and account reviews, promoting firm services to deepen client relationships; resolving issues
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with compliance, legal, risk and trading teams to align client strategies with regulatory standards
• Prioritize daily work, track progress for current work, and consistently meet deadlines
• Support forecasts and regularly report on performance and progress toward KPIs, in close cooperation with Sales Trading
• Enhancement of process documentation and assurance of all necessary records
• Maintain and foster team culture

Requirements

• Capital Markets Background: Basis knowledge of the markets and products of a securities trading firm, knowledge of crypto & digital assets is an advantage
• Crypto-Savvy: Solid grasp of digital assets with eagerness to deepen industry knowledge.
• Adaptable Solver: Navigates fast-paced change with agility and solution-oriented thinking.
