We seek an experienced Web/App Developer with a proven track record of building high-performance, scalable applications. You should be passionate about technology, excel at problem-solving, and have the ability to drive projects from ideation to completion. If you have expertise in blockchain technology, that’s a definite bonus, but not a requirement.

Tasks

• Design and develop web and mobile applications, primarily focusing on blockchain integration and performance optimization.
• Work closely with our talented developer team to architect innovative solutions, solve complex challenges, and contribute to our ongoing projects.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web development, mobile app technologies, and blockchain to ensure that Acria remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Provide continuous improvements to existing applications by implementing new features, optimizing performance, and maintaining best practices in coding.
• Participate in the code review process and contribute to the growth of junior developers within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend systems.
• Write clear and concise documentation to ensure smooth transitions in development cycles and easy maintainability of applications.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Web Developer or Mobile App Developer, with a strong portfolio of relevant projects.
• In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and React.js, Vue.js, or similar frontend technologies.
• Proficiency in backend development using technologies such as Node.js, Express, GraphQL, or similar.
• Experience with blockchain technologies (Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solidity, smart contracts, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of web security, performance optimization, and code best practices.
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with mobile development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter, or native app development).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude, eager to learn and grow with the company.
