Tasks

Our client`s Investment Banking Associates gain exposure to the firm’s business and expand their knowledge of the industry as they develop key analytical, communications, and sales skills. Associates create and analyse financial models, performing scenario analyses and tests to examine the effects of client alternatives. In addition, Associates organise and prepare presentations that explain industry trends, discuss client options, and recommend strategies to meet client goals. Associates conduct and lead due diligence sessions, perform customised company valuation analysis, and are involved in M&A transactions as well as fixed income and equity issuances. They coordinate teams of tax advisors, auditors, attorneys, real estate valuers, and bankers for various transactions. Under the supervision of Managing Directors/Principals, they are actively participating in the negotiations of legal documentation, preparations of internal committee presentations, and fundings.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate must have an outstanding academic record.
• Current experience as an investment banking Analyst/Associate in general M&A or Real Estate
• Drive, enthusiasm, creativity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong quantitative and technical abilities, especially with regards to financial modelling.
• Personal integrity, initiative, and leadership qualities.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in German and English
