Admissions & Recruitment Officer (f/m/d)
We are looking for you to join our Marketing, Recruitment & Admissions department as soon as possible, initially on a fixed-term contract for 24 months, as a

- Proactively engage with, advise, and support prospective students and applicants.
- Plan, organise, and attend events for prospective students both on campus and externally.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and promotional content; maintain and update website content.
- Represent Frankfurt School at fairs and events (online, across Germany, and at selected international locations).
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Manage campaigns and applicant leads to attract prospective students and support them throughout the admissions process.
- Carry out regular data analysis and performance tracking to evaluate and improve recruitment strategies.
- Provide comprehensive support to applicants from initial enquiry through to the start of their studies.
- Review application documents for content and presentation; arrange and conduct interviews.
- Maintain and update the internal customer database; analyse evaluation feedback to enhance processes.
- Prepare templates, reports, and other documents to support daily operations.
- Communicate professionally in both German and English with external partners and authorities.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as programme management and student services.
Anforderungen
- A completed university degree or an equivalent qualification.
- A minimum of two years’ professional experience, ideally within the higher education sector.
- A solution-focused and meticulous approach to work, with the ability to work independently and take initiative within a team.
- Strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for accurate data management.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, reliability, and a strong customer service orientation.
- Fluent in both English and German, written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and a strong sense of professionalism in representing the institution.
