- Strong interest in equity capital markets with a good understanding of market dynamics and key drivers of company valuation
- Quick and keen learner with the ability to multitask and perform under time pressure, while keeping attention to detail
- Strong ability to work in a team, entrepreneurial mindset and commitment to further develop one of the leading equity franchises
- Fluency in English and German is essential, familiarity with capital markets data platforms (e.g. Bloomberg) is an advantage
What we offer you:
- 30 days of annual leave
- A varied and exciting range of tasks in a modern and dynamic environment as well as a respectful working atmosphere
- Targeted support through internal and external training and development programmes
- Berenberg mentor system for structured and smooth onboarding
- Hands-on exposure to live ECM transactions across Europe from an early stage
- Various allowances (e.g. Germany ticket, JobRad, capital formation, a company-financed pension scheme, restaurant vouchers)
- Additional benefits such as family services, working time account (e.g. for sabbaticals), corporate bene-fits and company health and sports programmes
