Tasks
- Coordinate and manage the executive's schedule, ensuring appointments and meetings are prepared in advance.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence, making sure everything is accurate and well-organized.
- Handle communication on behalf of the executive, including emails and phone calls, to maintain efficient lines of communication.
- Organize travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations, to ensure smooth business trips.
- Support various administrative tasks and projects to facilitate the executive's workflow and help keep the office running smoothly.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
