What you will be doing
You will be advising and supporting our clients as an Associate Enterprise Architect, and helping to establish, realign and optimize our clients‘ enterprise architecture management capability. In addition, you will support experienced colleagues with challenging architecture tasks and within the scope of transformation projects. As part of the role you will be:
- Supporting the development and establishment of EA practices
- Supporting the selection and launching of EA tools
- Analyzing and documenting the current state business and IT architecture
- Supporting the development of blueprints for the future state architecture
- Supporting transformation projects
- Supporting the establishment of a portfolio of standards
- Supporting architecture reviews
- Supporting the development of IT strategies
What we expect from you
We expect you to meet the following skills, experiences, and academic requirements:
- Degree in business information systems, business economics/business administration or a related discipline
- A minimum of 1 year work experience in consulting, ideally related to EA
- Hands-on experience of working with established architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF®, ArchiMate® and BIZBOK® is a plus
- First practical experience in and knowledge of strategic management, design thinking, systems thinking or similar is a plus
- Broad business and / or IT knowledge
- Strong abstract and structured thinking skills and ability to look at the big picture
- Strong willingness to learn
- Driven by goals and results
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal as well as written communication skills in English and German (proficiency in a third language is a plus)
