At D.CT you will work directly with our international clients and gain first-hand experience in structuring leading M&A processes. You will be assigned challenging tasks, supervise analysts and work independently on high profile transactions.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage client transactions from pitch to closing under the guidance of our seniors
• Prepare pitch and deal materials, including but not limited to information memorandums, management presentations, financial models, and analyses
• Perform financial valuations and analyses, provide oversight and framework for deal financial modeling, and conduct due diligence
• Supervise and review analyst work, provide guidance on structures, organization, and prioritization
• Interact directly with client senior executive teams and take a leading role in deal organization, process tracking and due diligence

Your skills:

• At least two years of relevant work experience in M&A, corporate finance, private equity / venture capital, consulting or business / corporate development
• Demonstrated passion for sustainable businesses and the cleantech sector through previous work experience or personal interests
• Analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to integrate high-level strategic thinking with the nuances of company financials
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Exceptional MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Fluent in German and English (min. C1 level each)
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
