We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong SAP PM/CS expertise to support FacilityManagement projects (TFM, OM, IFM).

You will perform technical analysis, gather and document requirements, optimize business processes, and ensure successful implementation of SAP solutions. You will also contribute to S/4HANA migration and training material preparation.

• Analyze requirements and processes in SAP PM/CS for Facility Management
• Collaborate with business units to document and validate business needs
• Identify gaps and propose effective, efficient solutions
• Work with development teams and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation
• Support S/4HANA migration and end-user training

• 5+ years of SAP PM/CS experience
• Strong understanding of Facility Management: TFM, OM, IFM
• Hands-on experience with standard SAP modules (CS/PM, others a plus)
• Knowledge of S/4HANA migration projects
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in English; German is a must
