You will be advising and supporting our clients as a Business Architect, and helping to establish, develop, and maintain our clients‘ Enterprise Architecture practice (focusing on Business Architecture). As part of the role you will be:

We expect you to meet the following skills, experiences, and academic requirements:

• Degree in business information systems, business economics/business administration or a related discipline
• Senior level experience with solid background in business planning/strategy development, business process management/organization, or business architecture management
• Hands-on experience of working with fundamental business architecture frameworks and methodologies such as BIZBOK®, BMC, BPMN
• Business domain knowledge and ideally industry knowledge
• Broad knowledge of IT basics
• Strong project management skills
• Strong abstract and structured thinking skills and ability to look at the big picture
• Strong willingness to learn
• Driven by goals and results
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal as well as written communication skills in English and German (proficiency in a third language is a plus)
• Ability to interact with management at all levels
