Business & Test Analyst – Capital Markets (FX & MM)

Trust in Soda is representing a leading financial institution on a major transformation initiative, and we’re currently looking for a Business & Test Analyst with strong expertise in FX and MM to support system migration, testing, and process integration.
Your Responsibilities

• Conduct business analysis across FX and MM domains.
• Support test planning and execution , particularly User Acceptance Testing (UAT) .
• Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams for requirements gathering and validation .
• Document and track test cases, issues, and defects .
• Contribute to migration and integration of financial systems and processes.
• Define and execute functional test cases .
• Support quality assurance and validation of system implementations.
• Analyse interfaces and data flows between Murex and surrounding systems.
• Document solutions in Confluence and business concept documents.
• Collaborate with business units and external partners to ensure requirements are met.

Your Profile ✅ Strong banking and capital markets background , ideally in trading and operations.
✅ Proven experience in requirements analysis, specification, and test design .
✅ Knowledge of interfaces, data processing, and regulatory requirements .
✅ Hands-on experience with agile methods and tools such as Jira, Confluence, ALM .
✅ Strong communicator with the ability to work effectively across business and IT teams
