Your future challenges:
- You are responsible for managing and developing our partner relationships in the Germany, Austria, and Switzerland (DACH) region.
- You support and grow our existing partner base and recruit new partners for Link11, providing hands-on guidance and advice across our entire portfolio.
- You independently lead regular alignment and review meetings with partners.
- Together with the Marketing team, you support and manage partner events, trade fairs, and other events.
- You actively contribute to the development and continuous improvement of our partner program.
- You take ownership of the onboarding of new partners and work closely with the Sales team to define partner strategies in order to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
- You stand out through your strong interpersonal skills, maintain a solid network within the DACH channel, and enjoy building and nurturing long-term partnerships.
Your Skills:
- You have at least 5 years of proven and successful channel experience, ideally in network security or cybersecurity.
- You demonstrate excellent communication skills in German and English, communicating empathetically and at eye level with your target audience . You possess excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with CxO -level stakeholders at partner organizations.
- You have a strong technical understanding and are able to apply it confidently in customer and partner-facing situations.
- You have in-depth knowledge of the DACH partner market and successfully leverage your established network.
- You work in a focused, structured, and results-oriented manner and remain calm and organized even in high-pressure situations.
- You are driven to make an impact and are motivated by having a direct influence on the company’s success.
- A high degree of independence, initiative, and a holistic view of the bigger picture complete your profile.
- Excellent MS Office skills are second nature to you, and you are confident working with Salesforce.
