Your responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers, identifying their individual needs
- Manage the entire customer portfolio, including offers, contract negotiations, and ensuring high quality on-time delivery for leading players in the construction and real estate sector
- Work closely with internal project teams to implement customer-specific solutions while adhering to budget, timelines, and quality standards
- Identify market potential and develop new business opportunities within the building solutions segment
- Utilize and maintain the CRM system to support data analysis, reporting, and optimization of sales processes
- Provide leadership and coaching to team members to support ongoing development and goal achievement
Your profile
- Completed university degree or technical/commercial training with relevant additional qualifications
- Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
- Extensive professional experience in technical sales, ideally in the construction sector
- Proven experience in project-related sales and team leadership
- Strong market and customer orientation with solid experience in key account management and proven track record in building up new customers
- High level of technical expertise and experience in evaluating and implementing customer requirements
- Self-starter with a high willingness to travel
