We need you because

• You will conduct in-depth analysis of security alarms as part of our SOC services.
• You are responsible for initiating and processing incident response cases.
• You analyze trends and new topics in the field of information security.
• You evaluate the feasibility of current technologies in the customer environment.
• You configure, administer, and monitor complex network structures and IT security solutions.
• You support the project team in the implementation of IT security projects for our customers

We fit together if

• You have already worked for more than 5 years in a security operation center, or alternatively in a network operation center; or you have experience in Active Directory administration;
• You have already independently managed incident response cases or have several years of experience in digital forensics;
• You are passionate about IT security and motivated to get started with us in this field;
• You have good knowledge of service level management;
• You enjoy customer-oriented work and can handle customer expectations accordingly;
• You can imagine being on call;
• You have good communication skills and are fluent in German and English.
