Your area of work
The Market & Liquidity Analytics unit plays a central role in enabling Eurex’s senior and sales management to navigate complex market environments and commercial priorities. We deliver high-impact business intelligence across asset classes, providing transparency on business performance, market developments, and liquidity dynamics. Our insights guide strategic initiatives such as the partnership program and help shape commercial strategy through targeted analysis. With deep business expertise and a strong data foundation, we own key data domains and drive cross-functional intelligence efforts. Through our work, we identify growth opportunities, monitor revenue trends, and contribute to enterprise-wide data initiatives—ensuring consistency, innovation, and informed decision-making at all levels of the organization.
As a Data & Business Analytics Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the expanding scope of business intelligence initiatives across Eurex. This role is central to delivering high-impact analytics and reporting for senior stakeholder forums, enhancing liquidity insights, and developing scalable BI tools that support business, sales, and strategic programs. Embedded within the Market & Liquidity Analytics unit, you will contribute directly to the generation of actionable intelligence across asset classes and monitor key performance indicators. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization and ensure alignment between analytical outputs and evolving business priorities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver analytical support for senior stakeholder forums, including different board & committees, ensuring insights are timely, relevant and actionable
- Develop and enhance liquidity analytics to support internal and external stakeholders, contributing to transparency and strategic decision-making
- Extend and maintain reporting capabilities for strategic initiatives such as the Partnership Program, enabling commercial teams to track performance and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales, Business, and IT teams to design and implement scalable BI tools and dashboards that support client engagement, operational efficiency, and sales force effectiveness
- Translate complex business requirements into analytical models and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, ensuring clarity and usability for diverse audiences
- Partner with Data Governance and cross-functional stakeholders to uphold data quality, consistency, and alignment with enterprise data strategy, supporting the delivery of high-impact business intelligence
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics, financial analytics, or a related data-driven role
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and data analysis languages (e.g., SQL, Python)
- Solid understanding of liquidity concepts, financial markets, and client clearing structures is a strong advantage
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Familiarity with data governance principles and data products is a plus
