Your area of work
• As an Intern/Graduate working in Product Development (f/m/d) you will be supporting the Client Connectivity & Data Product team, assisting with various elements of client engagement, marketing, product ideation, industry research and general co-ordination

Your responsibilities
• Assist with the development and maintenance of strategy slides, committee updates and project plans
• Follow-up with key touch points and contributors on a regular basis to ensure timely progress and completion of key actions
• Keep key project/initiative artifacts up to date and stream outputs in central but controlled repositories
• Analyze securities services datasets in tools such as Power BI and Excel to identify themes and supplement presentations / reports
• Routinely scrutinize product development, commercialization and marketing approach and opportunities to automate manual processes
• Project manage the multiple in-flight activities and streams of work, to ensure progress in line with key milestones
• Assist with market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry
• Summarize key findings and present to interested parties and management forums
• Strengthen marketing drive - tracking key marketing activities and supporting execution
• Collaborate with customer support, product, and sales teams to gather feedback on product performance and customer needs
• Review client call reports and communicate new opportunities and areas of interest
• Work closely with relationship management and product colleagues to support new opportunities
• Prepare updates for senior forums that evidence strategic alignment, return on investment, industry awareness, and delivery progress
• Partner with IT leads to prioritize delivery backlog and forecast the resources required to support roadmap and deliver on time and within budget

Your profile
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business, finance or a related discipline
• Passionate about new technologies, innovation, and media content creation
• Analytical mindset, Power BI exposure and an interest in tools such as Google NotebookLM and Databricks is highly advantageous
• You can work independently and are able to meet tight deadlines. Your high motivation and analytical skills help you to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
• You possess creativity, strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a good understanding of corporate branding and communication
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and concepts
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Interest in financial markets and applications of data/IT in this sector. A good understanding of the post-trade and securities business is a plus
• You have a good knowledge of the usage of Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel and PP)
• Written & spoken English is mandatory as English is the primary means of communication. French, German or any other language are of advantage
