• Develop and implement comprehensive IT and cybersecurity strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead the IT and cybersecurity team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the financial services industry (DORA, GDPR etc.).
• Oversee risk assessments and implement measures to mitigate security threats.
• Manage IT budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance IT infrastructure and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and integrate them into the organization.
• Provide regular reports to senior management on IT and cybersecurity performance.

Anforderungsprofil

• Proven experience in IT and Cyber Security leadership roles within the financial services industry or at least a highly regulated industry.
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strategic thinking with a focus on innovation and problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient English, German language skills are a nice to have.
