For an internationally oriented mid-sized services company, we are opening up a very interesting career opportunity: We are seeking an accomplished leader as Director Strategy & Marketing (m/f/w). A position that not only oversees marketing, but also plays a pivotal role as part of the leadership team in shaping the strategic future of the company.
In this key role, you are more than a brand steward. With your expertise in branding, campaigning and your ability to unlock new channels, you will lay the foundation for significant growth and clear differentiation in the market. At the same time, you will work in close partnership with top management, directly influencing the company’s strategic direction.
This is not a conventional marketing role. It is a rare opportunity to take on responsibility at the highest level and to make a visible impact as a true driver of strategy.
You lead a team of about six professionals and report directly to the CEO.
Tasks

Work closely with the leadership team to shape the company’s strategic direction and positioning, contribute to strategy planning, and lead key initiatives.

Together with your team, you manage the full process of lead generation and conversion.

Develop data-driven branding and marketing strategies, translate insights into actions, and ensure sustainable business growth.

Build and strengthen the brand, position it in the market, and ensure the company continues to be recognized as a global leader. Use the USP to reach diverse target groups and clearly stand out from the competition.

Take ownership of brand awareness, company image, and both internal and external communications.

With your team you lead campaigns and oversee content across all marketing and communication channels, including digital, print, social media, newsletters, PR, and the company website.

Apply your strong analytical and data-driven approach to evaluate campaign performance and turn results into concrete actions.

Build networks with potential partners and organizations, and represent the company at internal and external events.

Design and implement strategies for community-focused projects and fundraising initiatives, while developing long-term partnerships
Your profile

Relevant degree in business, marketing or related field.

Proven experience in building brands, leading campaigns and developing marketing and growth strategies.

Expertise in driving impact through digital marketing channels.

Leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop teams.

An innovative, creative, digitally minded and reliable approach to work.

Confident and persuasive presence when engaging with diverse stakeholders.

English proficiency at a native level, both written and spoken, German is a plus.
