You will be advising and supporting our clients as an Enterprise Architect, and helping to establish, develop and maintain our clients‘ Enterprise Architecture practices. As part of the role you will be:

• Analyzing and documenting the current state architecture
• Developing blueprints and roadmaps for the future state architecture
• Guiding and supporting transformation projects
• Developing reference architectures
• Establishing a portfolio of standards
• Conducting architecture reviews
• Developing and establishing Enterprise Architecture practices
• Reviewing and realigning the Enterprise Architecture practices
• Supporting the selection and implementation of EA tools

We expect you to meet the following skills, experiences, and academic requirements:

• Degree in business information systems, business economics/business administration or a related discipline
• Senior level experience of working as an Enterprise Architect or related consultancy role
• Hands-on experience of working with established architecture frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF® and ArchiMate®
• Business domain knowledge and ideally industry knowledge
• Broad IT knowledge
• Strong project management skills
• Strong abstract and structured thinking skills and ability to look at the big picture
• Strong willingness to learn
• Driven by goals and results
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal as well as written communication skills in English and German (proficiency in a third language is a plus)
• Ability to interact with management at all levels
