Role Purpose:

• Lead Regional & Overseeing Countries IT Product Management by reviewing and providing inputs to the product vision and roadmap, supporting global application deployment, engaging stakeholders and suppliers, and managing IT run operations and performance for continuous improvement.
• Drive regional adoption of Automation and Robotics solutions, including AI-driven process optimization and intelligent workflows, ensuring integration of AI capabilities into IT Product Management for predictive analytics, decision support, and operational efficiency.

Reports to: Reports to Disciplinary and Functionally – Regional CIO

Specific Role context:

• Manage Business Units’ expectations by supporting
• Change Agenda prioritization and related product
• funding to cope with resource/time constraints and cost
• control measures.
• Provide consultancy and guidance on product selection
• and enforce IT Product governance.
• Educate stakeholders on product capabilities and animate
• product user groups.
• Promote and guide Automation solutions (RPA,
• PowerApps) and AI-driven initiatives.
• Balance integrated, scalable, and sustainable IT products with quick-win responsiveness to immediate business needs.
• Liaise between countries and global product teams to ensure alignment.
• Ensure delivery and proper documentation of automation solutions by the VDC.
• Manage regional innovation pipeline (e.g., MyIdea) and drive adoption of AI and automation.

Accountabilities:

Key Activities:

• Define and drive execution of Product Consolidation Strategies.
• Define and drive Country application roadmaps. § Support product-related requests.

Ensure high accuracy of IT Product Catalogue entries in GEARS and associated Master Deliverables for regional and local IT product portfolio.

• Draft & communicate product roadmaps. § Animate Webinar and Computer-Based Training program.
• Collect, evaluate, prioritize & manage development of Automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Represent DGF Europe in the architecture board.

Stakeholder Management:

• Engage with internal business stakeholders to align IT product strategy with business priorities.
• Collaborate with external functional teams for global product deployment and integration.
• Facilitate communication between regional and global IT teams.
• Ensure stakeholder feedback is incorporated into product enhancements and automation initiative

Process:

• Enforce IT Product governance and compliance standards.
• Monitor and improve IT run operations and ICS compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation and AI integration.
• Ensure proper documentation and knowledge management for all IT products and automation solutions.

People – Management:

• Provide strong leadership to regional IT Leads, IT Product Managers, and country program managers.
• Develop talent and capabilities in automation, AI, and IT product management.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate cross-IT/BPO product-related activities with other divisions.

Expected Educational Qualification:

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Additional certifications in IT governance, automation, or AI (preferred)
