Leo Lynch is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Advisor to join a major data centre construction project in Frankfurt. This role offers the opportunity to work on a high-spec, mission-critical build with a leading specialist contractor.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage the site-specific Health & Safety Plan
• Carry out regular inspections, audits and risk assessments
• Deliver inductions, toolbox talks and safety briefings
• Ensure compliance with German legislation and company procedures
• Investigate and report incidents, near misses and non-conformances
• Maintain safety documentation, logs and permits
• Work closely with project management and subcontractors to promote best practice
• Engage with local authorities and inspectors when required

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven track record in Health & Safety on construction or M&E projects
• Experience within data centre or high-tech environments is a strong advantage
• Recognised H&S qualification (e.g. NEBOSH, Diploma or German equivalent)
• Strong knowledge of German health and safety regulations and EU standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• English fluency essential; German language skills beneficial
• Eligible to work in Germany and able to be site-based in Frankfurt
