We are looking to hire an Associate (m/f/d) to further strengthen our team based in Frankfurt.
Your Role / Tasks
- Creation of complex operational/financial models and evaluation of various financing structures.
- Analysis of annual financial statements and company data to create information documents (pitches, information memorandum, teaser, bank presentation, etc.).
- Conducting company valuations using various methods, including LBO, DCF, and trading/transaction multiples.
- Review and examination of legal documents (including term sheets, SFA, ICA, etc.).
- External coordination of information exchange and Q&A processes.
- Internal coordination of projects and supervision/training of analysts and interns.
Your Profile
- Completed studies with outstanding academic achievements.
- More than 3 years of professional experience in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, or private debt.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, high resilience, motivation, and teamwork ability.
- Fluent in German and English, with strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Excellent proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
