About us
Our client is a leading Pharmaceutical company headquartered in Frankfurt, they are a Multi-Billion € company with a global footprint with an SAP team in Germany, USA and Switzerland.
After recently completing their S/4HANA implementation their SuccessFactors transformation starts next year. They currently have rapid growth in their HRIT team and are looking for a new Inhouse SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join their team.
Tasks
Lead end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors implementations, with strong focus on Employee Central for core HR processes.
Configure and optimize Compensation & Variable Pay to support salary planning, bonus programs, and incentives.
Enable effective performance management and goal alignment through PMGM, driving reviews and continuous feedback.
Manage project progress and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring HR solutions deliver measurable business value.
Provide ongoing support and updates, collaborating with cross‑functional teams for smooth deployment and adoption.
Profile
2+ years' SAP SuccessFactors (Ideally in any of the modules Employee Central, Compensation, Variable Pay or Performance & Goals)
Experience in managing projects and driving digital transformation in HR.
Strong collaboration skills to align project goals with stakeholders.
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
