The company’s IT & SAP division is currently undergoing a major modernization program, driving digital transformation across HR and business processes. As part of this growth journey, they are now searching for an SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to strengthen their HR technology team and support the next phase of transformation.

• Lead the IT-HR transformation project in the area of SAP SuccessFactors (using both classic and agile methodologies).

• Responsibility for end-to-end process management of the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central module

• Define project goals, manage project scope and budgets to ensure successful roll-outs

• Upgrade, support, and customize SuccessFactors Employee Central and integrate with other internal-external systems

• Conduct international workshops and collaborate with key stakeholders

• Facilitate communication across cross-functional and cross-cultural teams.

• 3+ years experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

• Strong understanding of HR processes

• Languages - fluent German
