Lead - VIE Contract

iMove, the Sanofi VIE Program, is available to citizens of the European Economic Area (EU + Norway, Liechtenstein and Iceland) aged between 18 and 28.

About the job

As Junior Bioanalytical Outsourcing Lead VIE within our Discovery and Translational Science team, you will improve the patient experience by reducing inconvenience and travel, enabling samples to be collected close to the patient, for example at home. Furthermore, dried spot samples make it possible to do without freezers, which is a major benefit for the environment saving energy and reducing the carbon footprint.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitor assay development, assay validation and sample analysis processes, ensure timely delivery of quality results in compliance with regulatory guidance.
• Oversee bioanalysis that is performed externally.
• Identify and help onboard vendors for specific analyses, provide advice and support on scientific and technical aspects of analysis where possible.
• Work collaboratively with the Contract Research Organizations (CROs), ensure that all studies are managed in respect to timelines, budget, scientific integrity, and quality deliverables.

About you

Experience:

• Experience in LC-MS/MS and/or ligand binding assays.

Soft and Technical skills:

• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative international environment interacting predominantly in English.
• Awareness of good practice (GxP) and its importance within preclinical and clinical trials.
• Ability to multitask.
• Good organisational skills.

Education:

• Master’s degree in biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or related disciplines with a good understanding of bioanalytical technologies.

Languages:

• Fluent English (written and verbal).
