Tasks
- Developing targeted marketing approaches for new releases and the wider product catalogue across email, push, and on-console notifications (Switch News)
- Designing and overseeing the execution of email campaigns
- Planning content for and leading the production of News for Nintendo Switch
- Supporting lifecycle campaigns such as onboarding, cross-selling, upselling, and retention to increase customer lifetime value (CLV)
- Helping to drive conversions on Nintendo's D2C commerce channels with targeted marketing tactics
- Working cross-functionally with stakeholders like marketing, copywriters, designers, and data specialists for the execution of campaigns
- Monitoring, analysing and optimizing campaign performance
Requirements
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- First professional experience in CRM, email marketing, or digital marketing
- Understanding of email marketing, audience segmentation, lifecycle campaigns, and editorial/content planning
- Analytical mindset and the ability to apply insights to optimize campaigns
- Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare compelling presentations and work effectively across functions
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a dynamic environment
- Fluent written and spoken English language skills and the ability to work in an international environment
- Passion for games and ability to understand the customers’ perspective
