Firmenprofil
Our client is a leading global financial institution and a key player in the international banking landscape. As part of a multi-year strategic initiative, the bank is currently redesigning its entire EMEA platform to create a future-ready, scalable, and digitally integrated operating environment. This is a high-visibility transformation driven by the regional Head of Transformation.
Aufgabengebiet
- Target Operating Model (TOM) Design: Lead the end-to-end design and institutionalization of the regional TOM across various business lines (Wholesale, CIB, Support Functions).
- Value Stream Management: Identify, map, and optimize core Value Streams to drive operational excellence, Straight-Through Processing (STP), and cost-efficiency.
- Multi-Year Roadmap: Shape and drive the transformation roadmap for EMEA, ensuring alignment between local entities and global HQ standards (London/Japan).
- Capability Mapping: Define and document business capabilities and functional processes using modern standards (e.g., BPMN 2.0).
- Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the strategic interface between Front-Office, Risk, Compliance, and IT to ensure a unified architectural vision.
- Governance & Compliance: Integrate regulatory requirements (ECB, EBA, BaFin) into the business logic to ensure a resilient and audit-proof operating model.
Anforderungsprofil
- Proven Track Record: You have successfully led multiple TOM redesigns or large-scale business architecture projects within Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, or Strategy Consulting).
- Methodological Mastery: Deep expertise in Lean Management, Value Stream Mapping, and Business Process Management (BPM).
- Banking DNA: Strong understanding of Wholesale Banking products, Client Lifecycle (Onboarding/KYC), and the regulatory landscape.
- Strategic Execution: You are a "Challenger" who proactively questions existing structures and can translate complex business needs into clean architectural blueprints.
- Intercultural Strength: Experience in cross-border environments and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder matrices (EMEA/Global).
- Language: Fluency in English is a must; German is a strong advantage.
Vergütungspaket
- Design Authority: A rare opportunity to build the "North Star" for a Tier-1 bank's regional platform with real mandate and influence.
- High Visibility: Direct exposure to the EMEA Executive Committee and a key role in one of the most significant transformations in the Frankfurt banking market.
- Culture of Change: A dynamic, international team environment that values innovation, "Owner-Mentality," and professional growth.
