Über diesen Job
Job Description
Leverage in-depth, hands-on expertise in at least two functional areas within the Murex ecosystem to support effective configuration, implementation, and continuous optimization in line with business requirements. Build and apply a strong understanding of functional processes across banks and asset management organizations, including the dependencies and interactions between front-office, risk, finance, and operations streams, enabling cohesive and efficient end-to-end solution design. Lead and facilitate design and show-and-tell sessions with business stakeholders and Murex teams, translating business needs into clear functional specifications and guiding discussions toward practical, scalable, and well-aligned solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design and show-and-tell sessions with business stakeholders and Murex teams, providing insights to identify and define optimal solutions for specific requirements.
- Validate and critically assess functionalities delivered within Murex to ensure alignment with client requirements and business processes.
- Evaluate standard products and custom controls within the Murex ecosystem, and develop proof-of-concept solutions (spikes) to validate integration scenarios.
- Perform gap analysis for package implementations by comparing business requirements with available features, and design appropriate configurations, customizations, extensions, and interfaces.
- Support the Technical Architect in design decisions and technology selection to ensure an effective and scalable Murex setup.
- Consolidate and streamline Murex integration architecture.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle—from initiation through to go-live—ensuring successful implementation and integration of Murex solutions.
- Structure and lead delivery phases through well-defined sprints and tranches to achieve planned outcomes.
- Contribute beyond individual modules, supporting the overall integrity and performance of the Murex application landscape.
- Monitor project progress, manage timelines, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure transparent communication and reliable delivery.
- Participate in end-to-end testing to validate system functionality and business readiness.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of cross-functional processes within banks and financial institutions, including dependencies and interactions across different business and technology streams.
Extensive experience in a comparable role as a Business Analyst within a financial institution.
Hands-on experience with Murex, including involvement in end-to-end project implementations.

Comprehensive experience across the full Murex project lifecycle, from initiation through to go-live, working across multiple streams.
Proven experience in landscape transformations, consolidation initiatives, and product migrations to Murex.
Experience in planning, managing, and executing test campaigns.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and coordinate with stakeholders; professional working proficiency in German is required.
