NTT DATA is currently looking for an Operator Connect Voice Engineer (f/m/d) hybrid 2 days/weekon site in Frankfurt/Main or Munich, 3 days/week remote as part of our growing team in Germany.

Responsibilities

• Design, implementation, configuration and support of voice communication using Microsoft Operator Connect
• Ensure security and compliance in voice communications, including encryption, identity management, and regulatory requirements
• Participate in the migration from Avaya to MS Teams by leveraging your Microsoft Operator Connect skills
• Participate in Due Diligence, Requirement & Design phase
• Voice deployments (SBCs, SIP, QoS, NAT, firewalls and network monitoring)
• Integrate Microsoft Operator Connect with third-party telephony systems and legacy PBXs

Skills

• Several years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Operator Connect
• Microsoft Teams Voice and Telephony expertise
• Networking concepts relevant to voice deployments (SBCs, SIP, QoS, NAT, firewalls, and network monitoring).
• Experience with security, compliance and integration with third-party telephony systems and legacy PBXs (Avaya, SBCs)
• End-to-end implementation experience required
• Ideally fluent in both German and English language

Hybrid - 2 days/week in the office, either in Frankfurt/Main or Munich, 3 days/week remote.
