What you’ll need:

• Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience managing performance-focused paid social media campaigns, ideally within a performance marketing agency.
• Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge of social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of social media tracking technologies, including conversion APIs, tracking pixels, and data-driven campaign optimization.
• Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analyzing campaign data and generating insights to drive improvements in key performance metrics.
• Creativity and Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling ad content and adapt strategies based on performance data.
• Languages: Fluency in English or German
