Its activities focus on investment banking as well as corporate and private client business. To strengthen the team in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for you as a Payment Transaction Clerk (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your Tasks
- You are responsible for the timely and correct processing of various payment transactions
- This includes processing payment transactions and ensuring that all payment-related information is entered into the system
- Answering customer inquiries and corresponding with internal and external service units is also part of your duties
- Finally, you will provide support with other administrative activities and help to optimize processes in the area of payment services
Our Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial training, alternatively you have a comparable qualification
- Ideally, you already have some experience in banking, financial services and/or insurance
- You have a high level of service and customer orientation and work independently, in a structured and responsible manner
- A high degree of integrity and reliability as well as assertiveness and good prioritization skills round off your profile
