Job description
- You will independently prepare payroll accounting for a precisely defined group of employees and ensure correct accounting
- The maintenance of master data and electronic personnel files in SAP HR is your area of responsibility
- As a contact person (m/f/d), you will be available to employees for all payroll-related topics and provide support in the event of queries
Requirements
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and ideally have several years of professional experience in payroll accounting
- SAP HR knowledge is a key requirement for you
- Basic knowledge of labour law is an advantage and makes it easier for you to deal with HR issues
- It goes without saying that you work independently, and proactive is a matter of course for you
- Your high level of commitment, social skills and strong team orientation complement your discretion in dealing with confidential information
- You have a good command of German
