You will play a central role in creating digital solutions for the customer journey, define strategy and product objectives for the responsible area and deliver personalised and dynamic user experiences together with a cross-functional team.

- Develop a deep understanding of the "why" behind customer needs within the holiday segment, crafting a clear product strategy and defining objectives for both the immediate area and beyond.
- Lead the creation of digital solutions that enhance customer journey
- Focus on delivering innovative and dynamic user experiences with the support of a cross-functional team.
- Partner closely with commercial teams, developers, and stakeholders to define the product roadmap, and ensure alignment with broader business objectives.
- Manage product backlogs, write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure that all teams have a clear understanding of product requirements.
- Be deeply data-obsessed, using analytics, A/B testing, user feedback, market research, and competitor analysis to guide product decisions and improve user engagement.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor product performance, and use insights to optimize features and drive improvements.
- Stay on top of emerging technologies and trends within the travel and e-commerce sectors.
