Our client is represented throughout Germany with several locations, and the accounting is handled in Frankfurt am Main. We are looking for you to start as soon as possible on a permanent basis as a  Property Accountant (m/w/d) .

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Property accounting
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable accounting
• Invoice verification, invoice processing, and invoicing
• Balance and account reconciliation
• Tenant account management
• Dunning and collection processes
• Preparation of the annual service charge statement in collaboration with property managers
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Ihr Profil:

• Successfully completed degree in business administration or completed training in accounting
• Preferably with further education as a certified accountant
• Solid professional experience in property accounting for commercial real estate
• Experience with real estate ERP systems, preferably Yardi
• Strong numerical affinity and independent working style
• Team-oriented mindset
• Proficient use of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Good command of English
